The article discusses the 2005 study of employee loyalty conducted by research firm Walker Information Inc. in the U.S. It has indicated that thirty-four percent of workers are loyal and possess positive attitudes about their firms. The amount of training and development is one of the biggest factors in employee loyalty levels. They need career paths and opportunities to grow within the enterprise. Walker also discover that personnel at higher levels in an organization are more patriotic than subordinates.
