The article reports on a study of employees concerned with management personalities. The study mainly aims to find out the resiliency rate of district or regional executives in business enterprises. Resiliency is considered as an attribute that weighs an employee's potential to accept critical feedback. The study reveals that chief executive officers have the lowest resiliency rate with a score of merely 66.5 points, while middle managers are found to have the highest resiliency rate with a score of 84.1 points. Hence, middle managers are believed to have the toughest mind set.
