The article discusses the findings of Vantage Research & Consulting company's quarterly study concerning the management action programs (MAP) of chief executive officers (CEOs) in the U.S. It reveals that companies are poor in hiring successful employees because CEOs do not believe in their own processes. It states that recruitment of potential employee with appropriate skills, training, right attitude and work ethics remains a challenge for CEOs. Furthermore, it also shows that CEOs rely on referrals, print and online advertising and external search in recruitment.
