The article discusses issues related to learning. The knowledge and know-how of workers are the most important things to business success. Workers get 80 percent of their job know-how informally. Informal learning is effective. It is the path to organizational profits. Informal learning does not have any curriculum or certificate of completion. It is how one learns about life, one makes sense of things. Visual literacy stimulates learning, unleash new ideas and spark innovation. Frequent and open conversation in learning process increases innovation and learning. Meta-learning improves the process of learning as it includes how people learn, barriers to learning and improving the learning of both individuals and organizations. Embracing mindfulness is the first step towards learning. One needs to be flexible, look at things through various perspective, try new things, run thought experiments and pay attention. Informal learning is natural and it occurs when one treats people and organizations as organisms in nature.
