The article discusses the results of a research survey conducted by Press Ganey Associates on the job satisfaction opinions of hospital employees and health care workers in the U.S.The firm's 2007 Hospital Check-Up Report has documented the opinions of more than 193,000 health workers in over 370 hospitals across the country. The results show that registered nurses are the least satisfied employees out of all those surveyed. Those surveyed also suggest that their satifaction would improve with increased opportunities for promotion and if they felt that leaders paid more attention to their concerns.
