The article focuses on the changes taking place in the business world. The data collected through the survey indicated that 79 percent of the firms were undergoing high levels of organizational changes. But the thing to bear in mind is whether the employees are prepared for such changes or not. The findings suggest that organizations should provide employees with an ability to cope with change in order for them to thrive in high-change environments.
