A one-size-fits-all approach may be efficient but fails to factor in individuals' unique qualities. More and more organizations are shifting toward personalization in all facets of the business, from product development to customer service to managing the employee experience.

The Personalization Outbreak podcast explores the notion that business needs to become less about the organization defining the individual and more about the individual defining the organization. Host Glenn Llopis, author of Leadership in the Age of Personalization, interviews executives across multiple industries and roles to discuss ways to balance standardization and personalization.

Several episodes focus on the role personalization plays in talent development and workforce readiness. In one, Seth Teigen, CEO of Providence Mission Hospital, examines how intent is the key to unlocking the workforce's potential. Teigen shares that during his 25-plus years of experience leading nonprofit healthcare systems, he's learned that "once you understand what each individual on your team wants to achieve, you can help them get there."

In another episode, Samantha Hammock, executive vice president and chief HR officer at Verizon, talks about the transformational force of women in the workplace. And in another, Tyronne Stoudemire, global vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion for Hyatt Hotels, offers insights on what organizations need to know about DEI to succeed this year and in the future.

New episodes air weekly and are available on multiple podcast aggregators or via the YouTube channel@GlennLlopis.
