The article presents information on a survey by the American Management Association (AMA) on the political talks in workplace in the U.S. The findings of the survey show that 35 percent of employees are uncomfortable talking about politics with co-workers. On the other hand, 39 percent of employees reported being comfortable talking about their political leanings. The remaining participants failed to take any decision. Manny Avramidis of the AMA advises organizations to provide a warning to particular employees on receiving complaints about political debate.
