The article offers tips how trainers can avoid reading directly from a leader guide during workshop presentations. They include putting down the leader guide to the other workshop materials, posting an agenda on the wall where the trainer can refer to it as needed, making the slides presentation visible, posting flipcharts with key points to reinforce the session's main messages, making a one-page cheat sheet, placing objects related to each topic on a table in the front of the room, posting a welcome sign that includes visual clues, using different colors and visual cues on the leader guide, putting sticky notes in the copy of the participants' workbooks and posting any flipchart paper for group work ahead of time.
