The article presents information on the programs initiated by Ranstad U.S.A. in order to reduce its attrition rate and develop more chances of promotion for them. Under a new onboarding process, the company extended the authority of managers over their employees. The program consist of two weeks of classroom training at corporate headquarters. Other programs include e-learning, leader-led instruction, training of managers and structured on-the-job training. A certification program was also introduced according to the needs of the operating division, that has reduced the turnover rate of the employees participating in the program and increased the internal promotions.
