The article reports that more than one in three employees can't fully explain their company's products or services, says a recent poll from Maritz Learning. According to Dennis Costello, the company's vice president of learning strategy, it is extremely difficult for workers to obtain the three critical elements of understanding, awareness, knowledge and skills development and feedback. If any of those components is missing, then employees may not be able to represent the company's brand.
