The article reports on the issues concerning the reliance of coaching of some of the U.S. organizations. A survey of Novations, a Boston-based consultancy, has found that 33 percent of American organizations are relying less on coaching that they have in the past. The survey has marked the first indication that coaching has reached a saturation point. Michelle Knox, executive consultant at Novations, stated that many organizations hired a coach and walked away with a negative outcome, specifically when noting that the behavior of the individual that received coaching remained unchanged.
