This article presents information on some recent noteworthy findings. It is reported that overemphasizing affiliation can backfire a times. Executive teams that put a premium on people and relationships may not make necessary tough decisions or exclude people from a team that's too large to be effective. It is also opined that an MBA is good to have, but it is not that critical. A public opinion survey was conducted in this context. It is also informed that poor management hinders productivity. According to workers, the factor that negatively affects their productivity is poor management.
