This article focuses on the development of Orth, a curriculum for virtual team management, by several professionals of SAP AG and the firm Enspire Learning, a custom e-learning and training program provider. SAP is a business software solutions provider. Orth consists of computer-based training and ERP software. The curriculum is divided into six courses that include planning, communication, virtual meetings, team building, team management, and cultural understanding. A series of six simulations have been designed for the respective courses.
