The article presents the author's comment on the international conference and exposition of the American Society for Training and Development held in Dallas, Texas. The best moment for the author at the conference was an address given by big thinker Marcus Buckingham. Buckingham has recently published "The One Thing You Need to Know: About Great Managing, Great Leading, and Sustained Individual Success." Buckingham compelled the author to think about his own skills. Buckingham stressed on recognizing one's own strengths to be the part of a powerful productive team.
