This article focuses on the latest leadership survey conducted by Development Dimensions International. The survey gathered responses from 1500 leaders and almost as many associates around the world. In the survey it was found that leaders are feeling more pressure to perform. Three-quarters of the leaders surveyed said pressure had increased compared to the year before. Only 38 percent said they had high confidence in their leaders. Nearly half of the companies surveyed don't have a process to identify and develop people into leadership and management positions.
