The practice of professional instructional design is at times a challenging and all-consuming occupation. Even seasoned senior designers hit roadblocks that seemingly come out of nowhere. And if that is not enough, the profession is constantly becoming more diverse while also becoming more complex, with the addition of advanced technologies and new design tools and distribution options appearing on a daily basis. Now, more than ever, it is important that instructional designers keep current to share common issues and challenges.
