Recognizing this, the Association for Talent Development and the Institute for Corporate Productivity recently published the report Advancing Innovation: High-Performance Strategies for Talent Development. ATD and i4cp surveyed 393 talent development leaders across a broad range of industries and locations, seeking to understand the talent development function's role in teaching and encouraging employees to innovate at successful companies.
