Although role-playing has many mer-its it still suffers from the limitation that it is not basically a group involve-ment device. The ultimate aim of em-ploying role-playing in conferences and in training sessions is to make the parti-cipating members sensible and sensitive to the feeling, reactions, and behaviors of people in the roles thev are assum-ing.
