The article provides information on the advantages of rapid training programs for employees. Business organizations are emphasizing the implementation of online learning methods to increase its efficiency. Providing staff members training through rapid learning is regarded as the cheapest method but not an effective way as it still needs to cope with the demands of rapid training. It is the same training material presented in online format by software designers. The study material gets more complex due to a lack of understanding between designers, trainers. Therefore, emphasis should be made on the design of the study material to make it interesting and should blend with new technologies.
