The article reports on the teachable point of views that contribute towards enhancing effective leadership by individuals. It was shown that high performance leaders value the opportunity to share their knowledge to others and always have a leadership teachable points of view. It refers to the key values and ideas that have influenced a leader's personal development and career success. The Becton Dickinson University's Advanced Leadership Development Program asked their participants to describe their teachable points of view through stories or topics where lessons have learned from their experience. It was inferred that the use of leadership teachable point of view in training programs will help improve individual and organizational performance.
