Organizations are showing off their learning services as part of their employer brands to bolster recruitment.

With unemployment down in the United States, skilled workers have become a hot commodity. In fact, a January 2018 Robert Half survey reports that roughly two-thirds of CFOs (65 percent) say that finding skilled employees for professional-level positions is somewhat or very challenging for their organizations. And these findings only reinforce those of a 2017 Korn Ferry study, which states that nearly half of U.S. companies struggle with a scarcity of qualified job candidates.
