We recently spoke at the Association for Talent Development's 2018 International Conference & Exposition. Standing in front of 200-plus learning professionals, we asked: "How many of you listen to podcasts?" About 90 percent of the audience members raised their hands. We then asked how many are using podcasts in support of their internal learning programs. Five, maybe 10 hands went up.
