The article presents the recently completed analysis of results in a study on Workforce Engagement in the U.S. The study found a significant difference in engagement reported by employees who had participated in training and higher education opportunities and those who had not. Fifty-four percent of employees who had participated in training or higher education reported that they were fully engaged. Only 35 percent of workers who hadn't completed training or higher education reported their engagement at that level. Marc Drizen, director of surveys and workforce research for the Performance Assessment Network said that numbers are quite staggering.
