The article reports on the significance of management training, which is gaining popularity, according to a recent survey. More than three thousand senior human resources executives, whose employees will receive training and development in 2007, were asked by a consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, the Novations Group. The survey shows that frontline managers with staff members, topped the list at ninety percent, which means that they are scheduled to receive training. According to Paul Terry, a Novations vice president, there many emphases on talent management and retention, and the frontline manager bears the responsibility for whether employees like the organization or not.
