Here’s guidance for improving your training content and delivery.
Thu Oct 05 2017
If you’re a trainer and your training sessions haven’t been going as well as you’d like, ask if the problem is in how the materials were created or how the materials were delivered. Was the training session perfectly designed for the audience, with appropriate, important, and engaging content? Was it well organized? Did the visual aids impress? No? Then the trainers must have fallen down on some element of performing. Can you think of a trainer or training session that stands out? Did the training session get results because of how it was put together? If so, create other training sessions that way. Is it because the trainer excelled at delivering the course? If so, teach other trainers how to perform that well.
