The article discusses that learning to be an effective employee through formal training using courses and curricula are not enough unless there is an inherent trust between the employer and the learner. The ability of the learner to feel being part of the team are essential on his developments. Putting a work load on his shoulder provided with trust and confidence that he can performed it very well, are also an indication of his sense of belongings within a company. The author also presents the polls that demonstrate the results of low levels of trust conducted in the U.S.
