TRAINING PROGRAMS designed to assist supervisors in human relations have been the vogue since World War II. Now, on the threshold of a new emergency, it is highly probable that these programs will be revived in many industries, particularly in industries where expansion necessitates the pro-motion of many to supervisory rank.
