It was once fashionable to say that business ethics didn't matter. That view was crystallized in an article of the journal "Harvard Business Review" published in 1990, "Why Be Honest If Honesty Doesn't Pay?" by Amar V. Bhide and Howard H. Stevenson. The new program from Customer Relationship Management Learning, Ethics 4 Everyone, thus lands in a changed business landscape.
