The article provides information about the workforce of China and discusses the strategies that the Chinese organizations use to build an effective workforce. The workforce of China has been changing along with the political and economic changes of the country. With the changing attitudes of its workforce, Chinese organizations keep their employees engaged and motivated on their job by enhancing their skills through learning and development opportunities. They have increased their budgets for workforce training and by integrating new training programs with internal career development ladders for employees to be aware of their present employer.
