It's your job, not an episode of Scandal. Still, according to a recent survey by The Creative Group, plenty of drama exists in the workplace. Nearly one-third (31 percent) of the executive-level professionals who were surveyed said that a co-worker had tried to make them look bad on the job. This number, however, was down significantly from 2008, when no less than 50 percent of executives said that they had suffered attempts from co-workers to make them look bad.
