One of the must-have programs in today's business world is Zoom. To enhance the user experience, the popular video communications program recently enabled accessibility to select apps—called zapps—on its platform. A variety of them may be useful for learning facilitators.

For example, Cameo is one that, for a small fee, enables US users to incorporate personalized guest celebrity appearances as part of their meeting. Others include Pitch: Collaboration Presentation Software, Salesforce, Wrike for Zoom, and Zendesk, to name a few.
