Participants attend learning sessions of all types on a regular basis, but what do they really walk away with? Research suggests that only 15 percent of people make a sustained change to their behavior after an average learning program. These are the activators. Drawing on research from behaviorists and social learning specialists as well as clinical, developmental, and occupational psychology, this session will help you learn the psychological tricks to increase the number of activators in your programs and discover the three critical dispositions that make activators different. The session will be highly interactive, using storytelling, insights, and practical exercises to actively engage you and encourage you to share ideas to boost learning and reinforce the points made.
