We all know the slogan “if you see something, say something,” but if someone in your workforce witnesses harassment or discrimination what do you want them to say and to whom? In this session, we will dive deep into why bystander intervention training is the most effective way to prevent harassment and discrimination and how to incorporate it into your training program.
