Classroom Dilemma: Reimagining the Future Workplace Learning Landscape

Most people think classroom when talking about training or talent development, but the deeper learning that leads to mastery actually happens outside the classroom. If we’re to remain relevant in tomorrow’s fast-paced ever-changing workplace, we need to intentionally extend our practice beyond the classroom.   This session was presented at the ATD21 Conference, held @Home and @HQ, in Salt Lake City, on August 28 - September 1, 2021.
