On March 20, 2019, CTDO Next members discussed ATD's Competency Model update. The conversation considered the major forces and trends impacting the profession that need to be reflected in the model, what the model should do for the field and for ATD, and how to ensure the model represents the profession as it is today and will be in three to five years.
