Wanting others to change their behavior is only natural, especially when that behavior is negatively affecting the results of a team or organization. However, a singular focus on changing behavior will bring disappointing results because it fails to address what is driving behavior: mindset. Studies show that an approach to change that incorporates a focus on mindset change as well as behavior change yields four times the results as change efforts that focus on behavior change alone. In this session, which is based on 40 years of research and more than 30 years of success helping individuals, teams, and organizations shift their mindsets and improve their behaviors, the speakers will present an integrated strategy for influencing others to change their mindsets and behaviors. You will learn to use two tools for effecting this kind of change-the influence pyramid and the outward mindset performance system.
