The technology landscape in healthcare is evolving to incorporate mobile devices into clinical workflows. This change is being driven by provider and clinician demand and IT policies such as 'bring your own device' (BYOD). Demand is growing to consume education and support materials through these mobile devices. Leaders in healthcare, IT, and education, as well as instructional designers need to be prepared with strategies to support this shift in the clinical workspace. This session will speak to the change and discuss case studies of mobile learning deployment within the healthcare arena.
