Preparing Remote Workers for the “New Abnormal”

It is now clear that there isn’t one new normal. Each organization, team, and worker must balance the needs of the organization, flexibility in the face of chaos, technology changes, and personal demands in their own ways. This session introduces a model to help you identify what it takes for individuals to succeed in remote, hybrid, and virtual work.
