It's more important than ever for L&D to articulate its contributions to the business, yet many approaches to learning evaluation are too academic to resonate with business leaders and too resource-intensive to be applied to all but the most strategic programs. Learn how one organization is evolving the field of learning analytics by applying a portfolio management approach to the L&D function. Each learning asset in your course catalog is expected to provide a return to the business. In this session, you'll learn how to apply a portfolio manager mindset to align these assets to business levers the C-suite already understands, leverage appropriate key performance indicators to communicate L&D's contribution to critical business outcomes, and implement a scalable data collection and reporting plan to track performance across the entire L&D catalog while minimizing survey fatigue.
