Designing and Developing Learning Materials

Well-designed learning materials should help learners both learn knowledge and skills and practice them to improve performance. Well-designed materials that are available both during and after the learning experience also give learners greater control over their learning. This course will cover the foundational principles of designing learning materials for use in workplace training and talent development to ensure more effective learning experiences.
