This course equips you to design learning experiences more effectively by providing a solid foundation in learning theories and a thorough understanding of how adults learn best. You’ll learn to identify learner characteristics and select appropriate instructional methods to create effective, targeted learning solutions that meet individual needs and organizational goals. You’ll also gain knowledge of instructional design models and how to use them to provide structure and meaning to your learning design.
