A professional education certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is highly-regarded in the talent industry and beyond. Upon successful completion of any of our certificate courses, you’ll be awarded this important documentation confirming program name, course completion date, issuing organization, and credit information.
ATD certificate and master programs participants are also awarded digital badges upon successful completion of course requirements.
Letter of Completion

Learning Hours
The total number of hours spent learning in the course. Learning hours can be comprised of classroom, virtual, or self-paced activities.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Awarded by training organizations to demonstrate completion of a course. One CEU is equivalent to ten contact hours of instruction.
Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
PDHs demonstrate the amount of learning time a participant spent in a course. One PDH is equivalent to one contact hour of instruction.
