This year, Millennials will compose the majority of the workforce. This change in the workforce demographic has brought about changes in management styles. A survey by the staffing company Addison Group measured employees' views on what qualities they prefer in managers, what type of relationship they want with their managers, and how different generations perceive the managerial role.
