Your training event was a success: Participants gave you an 11 out of 10 rating in Level 1 (reaction), and you applied all the latest state-of-the-art instructional design concepts with live and blended elements to make it a success. Even a brief test on Level 2 (learning) at the end of your session shows good results, proving that everything properly reached at least learners' short-term memory before they went back to work. You closed with an exercise during which everyone stated resolutions to apply their learning. You even provided checklists to support the Level 3 (behavior). All in all, you did what you were responsible for as an L&D professional—Kirkpatrick would be proud of your effort.
