Michelle Baker and Chase Batt—vice president of organizational development and leader development manager, respectively, at FORUM Credit Union—host the Career Dreams podcast to help listeners grow professionally and advance their careers.

The weekly podcast gives individuals the tools they need to move up the corporate ladder, including being mindful, building meaningful relationships, and being patient. Baker and Batt have more than three decades of combined experience in the talent development industry. Together, they impart wisdom, give advice, and provide strategies for leadership success.
