The future of training is mobile.

We have all done it: built training programs based on an employee's ability to earn a completion certificate after taking a classroom course. However, this no longer is a meaningful measurement of training programs. Employees need continuous learning opportunities to overcome work challenges and serve customers above and beyond. It wouldn't hurt if the training program were more interactive and exciting either.
