Ever wonder why your training seems to hit the mark with some of your learners but falls short with others? Most of what we are taught when developing our skills as learning leaders focuses on the more obvious or tangible aspects, such as how to design compelling content, improve our presentation skills, or construct experiential learning activities that will deepen the learning. Nowhere is it suggested that listening could be a game changer.
