The stakes are high when you're looking to initiate a major change in your L&D programming, such as transitioning to virtual instructor-led training or rolling out new mandatory compliance training. It can be overwhelming to assemble the right stakeholders to brainstorm and collaborate. Further, without a solid plan and clearly defined purpose, it's easy to fall into the trap of pointless meetings and design-by-committee hurdles and unknown outcomes.
