Once a virtual classroom facilitator is fully prepared, the next step is to actually deliver the class. Effective delivery is more than just presenting content from a set of slides. Just because a facilitator says it doesn’t mean participants learn it. Ideally the virtual class is designed with high interactivity and a focus on participants. However, even if it is not, an effective virtual facilitator will create interactivity using the following techniques.
